Labor Day weekend is sneaking up on us, and while it may be our farewell to summer, it also marks one of the three big shopping events left in 2024. With items on sale ranging from furniture and mattresses to outdoor grills and TVs, Labor Day can be one of the best times to shop big ticket items outside of Black Friday sales. Home improvement retailer Lowe’s is getting in on the sales event early with a variety of items already marked down ahead of the Labor Day weekend.

Outdoor items are discounted including lawn and garden tools and patio furniture, along with grills, home appliances, electronics and more. We’ve rounded up some of the best deals for you below, with an emphasis on brands we know and love and the most significant savings. Whether you want to set up for an autumn outdoor movie night or you just need to replace your lawn mower, we’ve found deals to help.

Pair with the deal on the screen below and you basically just need popcorn.

Kodak/CNET

Whether you’re looking for a new portable projector or you’ve got one on hand, this inflatable screen from Kodak is 9.3 feet high and 12.1 feet wide, making it big enough for the average backyard movie night. Includes an air pump and folds down into a handy bag for easy storage.

Worx/CNET

If a robot lawn mower is on your wish list, then you know they can be expensive, which is why this deal from Lowe’s on the Worx robotic lawn mower is worth considering. Normally priced closer to $1,000, this deal slashes $400 off a mower that can tackle up to one-eighth of an acre at a time.

Blackstone/CNET
